Prof.dr. Ionescu Paltin

 


Data si locul nasterii: 9 august 1951, in Bucuresti.

Educatia: Absolvent al Facultatii de Matematica la Universitatea din Bucuresti, sectia Algebra-Geometrie, in anul 1975.
Teza de doctorat: A sustinut teza de doctorat intitulata "Aplicatii ale schemelor Hilbert - subvarietati de grad mic ale spatiului proiectiv complex" in 1984, la Universitatea Bucuresti.
Pozitii academice: A fost asistent intre 1980-1990, conferentiar intre 1990-1996 si este profesor din 1996.
Cursuri predate: A tinut cursuri si seminarii de Algebra, Algebra Comutativa si Geometrie Algebrica.
Domenii de interes stiintific: Lucreaza in domeniul Geometriei Algebrice.

A primit premiul "S.Stoilow" al Academiei Romane pe anul 1986.

Pozitii de profesor (cercetator) invitat la alte universitati: Paris VII (1990), Bayreuth (1991), Orsay (1993), Humboldt-Berlin (1994), Angers (1994-1997, 2000-2003), Geneva (1998), Montpellier (1999), Lille (2004), Genova (2005-2008).
